A few years ago, I had the privilege of photographing Don Murray's amazing time warp silver '70S for Excellence Magazine. Silver paint, original leather upholstery....mmm...good! A truly untouched example and a terrific source of data for anyone restoring an early S.Think about it - 700 miles. Essentially brand new. Yet this was a production car with the flaws that production cars have - drips in the paint, primer showing through the paint in the trunk, etc. Who will be brave enough to document these flaws and restore their car in a truly accurate manner?
