A Sleeper in Our Midst

There are a lot of early 911's out there that claim to be "good" but really are no more than a quickie paint job and some Armor-All. This one on the other hand, is a truly a sleeper both in image and performance.

This is an original 56k mile Sepia Brown 71 T with 100% paint and interior. S suspension from the factory with rear sway bar installed in 1972.  $20,000 was spent in the '90's to convert the 2.2 T motor to S spec with Mechanical Fuel Injection, S cams and S pistons/cylinders.  Otherwise this Sepia beauty is all original and in amazingly preserved condition. Sale includes tool kit and a comprehensive record of receipts and records from new. Truly a museum or collection caliber car. One of the very best early T's and certainly the best on the market today.

1974 911 Coupe Roller

This is a West Texas 74 coupe without sunroof. Very solid old car. Would be perfect for a track car or hot-rod street car. I was going to make throw my hot-rod engine in it and make a summer race car, but ran out of time and $$$. Very solid body with the exception of a little rust on the pass side door sill and the bottom of the door. Most of the interior has been removed and the inner floor pan has been scraped of loose tar-board and coated in black epoxy. (windows leaked) Its a good honest car. No engine

The Good
- VERY straight body
- No collision damage
- Includes 74 915 transmission
- Floors and parcel tray are like new
- Includes brand new TRE lightweight carpet, harness bar, half-shafts, oil tank
- Includes a good passenger door.
- 4 good 15x6 fuchs

The Bad
- Door stop torn from drivers door (I was going to fab a leather strap)
- Several layers of paint. Paint is dead...not as nice as it appears in photos
- Front pan cut for AC condenser and smugglers box cut for AC

I will be posting a couple dozen photos to my blog later tonight - Renn-Spot

Happy to answer an questions.

For Sale - 1973 RS Italian Delivery

This remarkably unmolested and exceptionally original '73 Carrera has recently come on the market. Located in California now, this numbers matching RS has a rebuilt engine and an exterior respray, but is otherwise very original.

So many of these cars have been over-restored, losing much of the factory production cues...but this white w' red car retains the original details and is 100% accurate in every way. One example: the door mirror was included upon delivery, but was never installed per Italian regulations.

The car includes original manuals and extensive documentation including a number matched Konradsheim RS book.

This car is sold and is staying in California. Thanks for all the interest!
