

So, some guy buys what he thinks is a run-of-the-mill '67 912 parts car and parks it in his back yard. Time goes by and he notices some unique features that cause him to look a little closer (like the rear engine valance without the later pressed indentations) . Turns out that the car is really #191 of the 232 911's produced in 1964. Somewhere in the past, somebody has inexplicably cut out the original serial # and replaced it with a 912 serial #.
